2 more days to school holiday... it is going to be a 3 weeks holiday .....oh man im going to sian for 3 whole weeks.... ahhhhh anyway my life is boring too =.= in the other hand im also happy is going holiday because i dun have to wake up early morning for school yea (doing some victory dance) .... this few weeks is hard for me im under alot of stress in school and at home.... school stuff and also project project and project .... at least i know how to destress abit but my help is a double egde.... one of my technice was eating sweets - eating sweets will make u happy (i dun know where i learn from) but too much will gain fat
other was gym+swiming -gym+swimming will let u push out all the stress u have in you to ur body but too much will damage your muscles.....
